We do our best to provide valuable, fun classes that are completely safely and to everyone's satisfaction. Here are some details about how we do that and some useful info for planning your participation.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you are unable to attend a class you've registered for, please give us 10 days notice to receive a 100% refund. If you must cancel within 10 days of a class you'll receive a voucher which can be used for an upcoming class or merchandise. Due to the time and cost involved with preparing & shipping them, we are not able to offer refunds on materials kits.
Early Bird Registrations: When available, early-bird require payment to hold. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the spot the seat will be opened back up.
Finishing Projects: Finishing the demonstrated projects in our classes and workshops depends on each student’s skill level, project complexity, and other factors. In our fast-paced, info-packed classes we do our best to coach everyone toward a finished project but please understand that additional time may be needed after the class to complete the work.
Photographs and video may be taken during our online classes and events. By taking part, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography and video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes. This might include, but is not limited to, the right to use them in their printed and online publicity and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, simply inform us and we’re happy to make sure you don't appear in our images.
Your privacy is important and we hate spam as much as you do. We make every effort to maintain any personal information you provide in a secure manner and it is used only by your express consent for the purposes you provide it for. We do not sell or in any way share any of the participant information we collect.
Information contained in our website, online profiles and printed materials is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. All information, events, and/or prices are subject to change or withdrawal. Every effort is made to provide information that is accurate. General Provisions: you agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of San Diego Jewelry Lab representatives for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of Anneville representatives. You hold harmless, release, and forever discharge San Diego Jewelry Lab representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. Anneville Jewelry Lab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and to anyone who chooses not to accept the terms of this Agreement.
